Due to ongoing expansion programmes they are now seeking to recruit 2 Operations Analysts to work within a small close knit team, where as an individual you will get full exposure to the Settlements Operational process from cradle to grave.  Additionally you will be involved in building advisory relationships with both pension funds and other institutions together with transition planning, placing trades with fund managers and all other aspects of trading, reconciliations and producing auditing information

In addition to the above, for one of the positions we also require derivatives experience and mathematical prowess.

Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent (would be advantageous although not essential) you will possess at least 2-3 years successful track record gained within either the Banking or Asset Management industry;

Experienced and ideally formally trained in the area of settlements processes is a pre-requisite whilst previous Derivative transactional administration or settlement experience whilst not essential would prove advantageous for one of these positions.

With the ability to exhibit initiative you will need a proactive approach in anticipating needs and planning in advance therefore good communication skills are essential in order to be able to influence individuals both internal and external of the company;
