In line with their corporate objectives to grow their private client business, they are now actively seeking to recruit additional high calibre Sales Consultants to join their Birmingham Operation.

The main areas of activity will include: 

• Completing business plans and pro-actively achieving (exceeding) revenue sales targets – reviewing performance against objectives.
• Networking with professional partners and introducers to identify private client and HNW opportunities
• Developing financial advisory plans for prospective or existing clients, providing them with the appropriate financial advice and selling the appropriate financial products/services to meet their needs.
• Conducting individual client consultations and on-going performance reviews.
• Implementing Sales and Business Development initiatives to grow client base
• Service existing clients and assisting other team members in developing client relationships
• Participate in appraising, mentoring, coaching and motivating of other team members as required.
• Ensuring compliance processes are followed to required timescales

In addition you will possess a proven track record gained within an IFA or Life company and ideally be part (or full) AFPC qualified, with the ability to build new business and establish successful client relationships.
